It’s not a complete clean; the chase scene in Malta is exciting and there's a surface area-level satisfaction in observing the original Jurassic trio of Alan Grant, Ellie Sattler and Ian Malcolm together in precisely the same space once again, but overall, it’s just not an incredible Motion picture.
